Nine Figures Support

Help with Nine Figures

Before you first play, Nine Figures asks you to read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Both can be read again at any time in Settings, Policies.

For help with Nine Figures, email admin@mirandstudios.com with your device model, operating-system version, game version (Settings, About), what you were doing, and a screenshot if you can.

Your life is saved only on your device, with no account or cloud save: it autosaves every month (Settings, Saves). Uninstalling the Game or clearing its storage erases it, and Settings, Delete this life starts over. The Game has no ads and no purchases, and it plays without an internet connection.

Settings also has music, sound effects and haptics on or off, larger text, whether big events stop the month, and auto-advance.

Testing

If you are testing a pre-release version, you can send feedback through Google Play (the Game's store page, Send feedback to the developer) or TestFlight, or by email. Test versions may reset progress. To leave a Google Play test, use the opt-out link in your tester invitation, then uninstall the test version.

Response information

Support is provided in English. The Publisher aims to answer support requests within 3 business days. Emergency services and urgent safety support are not provided through this address.

Changes to This Page

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, changes will become effective on the date shown at the top of the updated page. Your continued access to or use of the Game after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised page; if you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Game.
